CLAYENS NP Group owns a laboratory which allows customers and subsidiaries to get daily expert assessments in plastic and composite materials whose high performance polymer.
The laboratory expert assessment helps in control of processes and quality of our products. Moreover this reinforces the confidence of our customers thanks to our competences in these fields following:
- Physicochemical analysis (DSC, IR, Mechanical tests, MVI, ash content)
- Micrography evaluations
- Measure of particles cleanliness
- Surface aspect evaluation (color, brightness, scratch resistance)
- Characterization of heat-hardenable materials reactivity
The expertise of the laboratory is widely recognized by our customers, particularly through the qualification of the SAFRAN group and inter-laboratory exchanges PTP (proficiency test programs).
